Here at Just 4 Kids Parties, we want to give you peace of mind when organising your child's next special day. We are fully insured and our entertainers each have a full DBS check. We have entertainers across Devon and Cornwall.
We hope you find our prices reasonable for the professional service we provide. However, please consider the following when breaking down our prices:
1. All our party hosts have a wealth of experience in working with children i.e. Vicky (the owner) is a full time primary school teacher and Ellie currently teaches at Stagecoach Theatre Arts, so you will receive a very professional service.
2. Just 4 Kids Parties has been running for 14 years, longer than the majority of party companies across Devon and Cornwall and can provide excellent reviews. We have even hosted parties in Los Angeles for celebrities such as Adam Sandler, Dave Grohl and Will Farrall.
3. It takes between 15-30 minutes for the entertainer to get into full costume and look the part- the princess characters take the longest.
4. Your entertainer's travel time to and from the party, which can take anywhere from 10 minutes to over 1 hour.
5. Costs for Public Liability Insurance, DBS checks, Tax and National Insurance.
6. The cost of high quality costumes- some of our wigs and costumes cost between £150 and £200 each.
7. The ordering of supplies such as face paints, balloons for modelling and prizes.

Prices start at £50 for 30 minutes.
STEP 2: CONTACT US
Please contact us by clicking here or call us on 07534900377 to check our availability and to discuss details of the booking in more detail. We will do our very best to reply to your message within one day, however, if you do not hear from us, please do contact us again as we may not have received your message.
STEP 3: CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT
When you book a party with us, we require a non-refundable deposit, which will be part of the total cost, before the party can be confirmed. The amount and how to pay this will be discussed during the booking process.
We can accept the deposit by either Internet Banking, PayPal or by Cheque.
STEP 4: PARTY CONFIRMATION
Once we receive your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your booking. We will also contact you 3 days before the party to confirm the final details. The remaining balance is then paid on the party day directly to your entertainer.
Depending on the location of your party, you may inccur a charge for travel expenses, but this will be discussed with you during the booking process.
These costs are set at the following rates (mileage from your entertainer's home address):
Parties from 15 to 20miles away: £5
From 21 miles to 25 miles away: £10
From 26 miles to 35 miles away: £20
From 36 miles to 45 miles away: £30
If the party is further than 45 miles away from the entertainer's home address, we will discuss extra costs during the booking process.
Any parties that are 15 miles or less away from the entertainer's home address will exclude any travel costs.
We realise that under certain circumstances out of your control, you may have to cancel your party. If this does occur, we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice before your event, or unfortunately 50% of the remaining cost of the party must be paid.
During the party, there will always be a host to entertain the children. We only provide the entertainment and cannot be responsible for supervising the children. We always ask that one adult for every 8 children remains at the party, both for health and safety, and to assist with toilet breaks etc.
